Stefania Paparelli was born in Rome and after graduating high school she had done a long experience with travelling through out Europe, first in UK and after in France. She is currently bassed in Sardinia with her family. She often commutes between Sardinia and Paris.

I wanted to look at Stefania Paparelli as it is very much clean-cut giving it an editorial feel about it. Although her work isn’t about colour theory but it still has colour that is adding something to the image.
Looking at the image it looks like she has used a flash gun to create the definition in the sky, making the clouds stand out the way they do. Using a flash gun also helps brings out the model, making the models torso stand out from the background. It kind of gives the background a soft look compared to the models outline.
The location of her images are really important too because it adds so much more to the image. In the images above the blues and greens cancel out each other and make one another stand out more. If these images were shot in a studio I don’t think they would have the same effect or feel about them like they do in location. I think in the studio they would like quite boring and not work as well because I would know straight away what she is trying to promote. But with the location it allows you to have more to look at as it’s not just the model and a blank background.
